Nathan Munro

Nathan Munro (born 1734) was the eldest child of Bennett Munro and Sarah Bosworth. He was baptized in St. Michael’s Anglican Church. Nathan was referred to in official records as a “yeoman”. married to a woman named Sarah, with whom he had six children: Sarah, Nathan, Joseph, Elizabeth, Thomas Kinnecut, and Hezekiah. In 1768, Nathan had an illegitimate son named Gideon with Elizabeth Munro. During the Revolution, his son, Joseph, served as his substitute in the local militia.
