Thomas Holmes

Thomas Holmes (born 1757) was the second child of William Holmes and his wife Ann. He was baptized in the Congregational Church. He worked as a housewright. During the New York Campaign of 1776, he served in Loring Peck‘s Company in Christopher Lippitt’s Regiment. In 1777, Thomas enlisted in Benjamin Tallman’s Regiment. In 1826, he was one of the directors of the Eagle Bank in Bristol.
