Thomas Kinnecut Coomer

Thomas Kinnecut Coomer (1757-1837) was the second child of John Coomer and Elizabeth Kinnecut. He was named for his grandfather, Thomas Kinnecut. Thomas served in the militia under the command of William Throope. During the campaign of 1778, he was sick and unable to be deployed to Aquidneck Island. Thomas and his wife Mary had two children: Thomas Kinnecut and Sally Kinnecut. In 1832, Thomas applied for a pension, receiving $56.67 per year.
